Our prime location in downtown Morrisville just a short drive from Stowe puts you right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants, shopping, skiing and culture that the area has to offer.

Option One

$10,000

  • Venue rental only
  • Use of full property for 3 days, 2 nights
  • Up to 50 daytime guests
  • Up to 20 overnight guests
  • You coordinate catering, decorations, vendors & logistics at your discretion
  • Booking is through Airbnb and no additional event insurance is required

Option Two

$15,000

  • Venue rental plus coordination by MHM for catering services (and/or other requested amenities) for your entire group.
  • Use of full property for 3 days, 2 nights
  • Up to 50 daytime guests
  • Up to 20 overnight guests
  • Payment is in two installments via credit card
  • Additional event insurance required
  • Fully-stocked fridge with local beers and/or desired wines of your choice (up to 8 12-packs of beer and 8 bottles of red or white wine)
