Numerous shared spaces including a large pool, two hot tubs, a 45-seat movie theater, patio and gardens, spacious common areas, pizza oven, and more, all offering tons of excitement and fun for your Vermont vacation, bachelor or bachelorette party, big family get-together, or other event.
Treat your nearest and dearest to comfortable accommodations in our many suites and bedrooms. Our ten bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms (eight of which are ensuite), two kitchens and many amenities ensure a fun and relaxing stay for you and your guests. Our prime location in downtown Morrisville just a short drive from Stowe puts you right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants, shopping, skiing and culture that the area has to offer. - Booking is through Airbnb and no additional event insurance is required

$15,000
- Venue rental plus additional guest allowance
- Use of full property for 3 days, 2 nights
- Up to 50 event guests
- Up to 20 overnight guests
- You coordinate catering, vendors & logistics at your discretion
- Payment is in two installments via credit card
- Additional event insurance required
- Complimentary round of golf next door for overnight guests
