We are committed to making your stay at Maple House Manor a pleasant and memorable one! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about our property and policies:

1. What time is check-in and check-out?

You may check in as early as 3pm on the first day of your reservation, and check out by no later than 11pm on the last day of your reservation. We ask that you please leave the property in its original condition before you check out.

2. Are quiet hours observed?

Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. This is a quiet, residential street; we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise and respectful of neighbors.

3. Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed at Maple House Manor. Please take care to clean up after them.

4. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or around the manor. You may smoke outdoors at least 20 feet away from any buildings.

5. How do payments work?

Events reserved via our booking team will be paid in two installments; a 1/2 deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the remaining 1/2 is due 2 weeks before your stay. Reservations made via our Airbnb page or via Hostfully/Stripe are paid in full at the time of reservation. Your booking may include a security deposit. Please take care to return the property as close to its original condition as possible before checking out. Damage to the property will result in the forfeit of your security deposit.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Stays booked via AirBnb are subject to AirBnb cancellation policy. If your stay is canceled due to a federal- or state-mandated closure of our facility, you will be entitled to a full refund. Should you need to reschedule, please reach out to us and we will be happy to apply your deposit to another set of available dates.

7. What is your COVID-19 policy?

We believe personal medical decisions begin and end with each individual and/or between each person and their doctor. We make no corporate mandates or requirements with respect to Covid-19, and trust our guests to act responsibly with respect to their own bodily/medical choices. We will not ask for masks to be worn, vaccination cards to be presented, or for any personal medical information be exposed, except as explicitly required by government mandates. Guests may decide to implement certain requirements or standards among their group at their discretion, but Maple House Manor has no specific requirements or mandates which you and your group need to follow.
